Those of you who know us at ABC Obedience understand that "us" is mostly me, Robi Tatkin, the owner, trainer, store manager, etc. Although I am lucky enough to have some help, we are not a large franchise (thankfully!) with an impersonal support staff. That means you will speak to someone knowledgable and professional with an actual personality. That may also mean we may take a day or two to return calls, so we appreciate your patience.

Remember, group class information and registration is available online with secure online registration. Group classes are first come, first serve so to ensure enrollment, we recommend registering online after you check your schedule. If classes are full, we can issue a quick online refund or credit you towards the next available class of your choice.

* Note - To contact us regarding a previously scheduled private session appointment only: call 458-2223, press 5 ("rescheduling") and press 1 ("if your message is urgent") and leave a message. This will page me so that I do not arrive for a cancelled appointment. Keep in mind private appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice will be charged for the full appointment. Regular/non cancellation messages left accidentally on mailbox 5 will not be retrieved by the officefor regular callbacks.
