REGISTRATION
Thank you for joining a group class with ABC Obedience Dog Training! After payment, please complete the registration form. You will be redirected to the registration form for complete information. If for some reason, you are not redirected to the full registration form after payment, please call!
We usually confirm by text a few days before class, so don't worry if you don't hear back right after form submission. Feel free to call the office if you feel the need to check.
Due to limited class size, registration fee is non-refundable, so please check your schedule carefully. (Of course, if classes have filled, we will issue your choice of a credit or full refund.) Puppy owners are advised to check with veterinarian if there is any doubt about vaccinations BEFORE enrolling. Please see terms of enrollment for full details. (Remember, when you Puppy Kindergarten and Beginner Group together, you receive a $20 merchandise certificate!)
Please note, we are not in the office every day, so please register early enough to allow us to confirm. If you are registering 1-2 days before class, there may not be space available or time to contact you, but we will be happy to refund or transfer if you want to take the chance.
We look forward to seeing you soon!

* TERMS OF ENROLLMENT: I am registering for a group class with ABC Obedience Dog Training. I understand that the non-refundable pre-paid fee is to ensure my enrollment in the class and may not be credited towards private sessions or merchandise. I certify that to the best of my knowledge my dog is properly vaccinated, free from disease and in reasonably good health. I further state that my dog has not bitten anyone nor has any history of overly aggressive behavior unless otherwise specified. I understand that I am responsible for any damage done by my dog and that training will be terminated if the dog is found to be a threat to personal safety. I also understand that effective obedience training is a function of repetition and consistency. I will therefore to the best of my ability adhere to the recommendations made to insure the most effective training for my dog.
